Intellectual Property

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or one hundred dollars (USD 100).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dispatch is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
